
Ingredients:
1 zucchini
1 squash
1 garlic
½ stick avocado butter (or any butter)
Prep:
Cut zucchini and squash in half and then cut in fourths
Directions:
Place avocado butter in skillet and let melt
Once butter is melted pour zucchini and squash into skillet
Season zucchini and squash with Jackie’s seasoning until desired texture
Remove from heat and enjoy
(Can be served with salmon)
